News and Announcements

A message from Wade Spenader:
As you may know, one of our 6th graders was recently diagnosed with a brain tumor.  Lyndsey Dworkin is up to the challenge of the healing work that lies ahead.  Lyndsey is a strong young lady and always up for a battle!  Radiation and chemotherapy have been scheduled.  The Dworkins have been told that the prognosis is very good.  Obviously, the family is putting the healing work as the total priority for the next several months.

In these situations, the family can always use support.  There are two ways in which the Springer, and great community, can help.  One is through the Helping Hands website, where you can sign up to assist the Dworkins in the day to day needs that arise.  The link to that site is:  https://www.lotsahelpinghands.com/c/700583/

The other way to help is to visit the Give Forward website and make a monetary donation to assist the family in covering medical and living expenses. The link to that site is: http://www.giveforward.com/lyndseydworkintreatmentfund

This information has been shared with Springer by the Dworkins as the two ways in which the community can help out.  If you wish to help the family during this time, please use these two avenues of support.
